In 2021, Rose faced another milestone in her long list of accomplishments as she faced an array of 18 equally business-minded and successful women in the Mrs. Philippines-Universe competition. She represented the Province of Aurora, won the Mrs. Pearl of the Orient 2021 title, and will be representing the Philippines in the 2022 Mrs. Universe pageant to be held in South Korea in July 2022. She garnered the most votes in Vantle’s Mrs. Universe-Philippines poll and has been featured in several publications including Ganap International, Fashion Art Media, and Legacy One Luxury Magazine.
